Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box; for mattresses, we will coordinate a specialized pickup service for your convenience.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
